Especially the logos and trademarks used in the forms of images, symbols or text are all sole products of the Bank or of the third party from whom we have acquired exclusive rights. Reproducing any of these, by modifying, transmitting, copying or distributing or using it for any commercial or public purpose, other than educational and personal use, is a violation of the copyright laws.

The site does offer the option of printing some of the information available on it, but these materials can only be used for educational or personal purposes. The copyright notes, which are included in the original material, must also be reproduced in every copy that is printed. Even in the case of any software downloads, via the site, the use of the software is bound under the terms and conditions as is stated in the license agreement.

Since all the materials available on the Bank’s site is the exclusive property of the Bank, to use these materials in any other way, like if you wish to reproduce, reproduce, record, publish publicly, distribute or publicly exhibit the materials, it would require a written permission from the Bank. Trying to take the credit for the materials present in the site and presenting them as your is a direct violation of the copyright laws and will invite repercussions.
